In the United Arab Emirates (UAE), the residents have been warned that the unstable weather conditions could continue to prevail, asking them to follow precautionary guidelines.
In a Tweet on Thursday, the UAE National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) issued orange and yellow alerts, warning residents of unstable weather conditions.
The residents were warned to be on the lookout when heading outdoors.
“Hazardous weather events are expected” in areas where an orange alert is in place; therefore, the people residing there must be alert and comply with advice given by local authorities.

Separately, the NCM also shared a video of the torrential downpour with Ras Al Khaimah mountains in the background hitting a vehicle stopped on the side of the road.
