DUBAI, UAE: The Dubai Police’s Esaad Card Centre and Du, a subsidiary of the Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company (EITC), have signed a Memorandum of Cooperation (MoC), providing Esaad cardholders’ access to a range of exclusive offers from the company.
At the Dubai Police Officers Club, the MoC was signed by Major General Expert Khalil Ibrahim Al Mansouri, Assistant Commander-in-Chief of Criminal Investigation Affairs at Dubai Police, and Ahmed Abu Rahima, Head of the Government Relations at Du.
The signing ceremony was attended by Mona Al Amiri, Director of the Esaad Card Centre, her deputy, Colonel Masoud Lahhamad, as well as several officers and employees from both sides.
Maj. Gen. Al Mansouri highlighted that the signing of the agreement is part of the continuous endeavours of the Esaad Card Centre team, under the guidance of His Excellency Lieutenant General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police, to strengthen partnerships with government entities, semi-government organizations, and private companies. “This aims to deliver high-quality services that cater to the needs of cardholders and surpass their expectations, ensuring utmost satisfaction,” he added.
Maj. Gen. Al Mansouri praised Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company (EITC) for their unwavering collaboration and commitment to delivering outstanding services to Esaad cardholders.

Meanwhile, Ahmed Abu Rahima, Head of the Government Relations at Du, said: “We are pleased to sign the memorandum of cooperation with the Esaad Card Centre at the Dubai Police General Headquarters to provide Esaad card holders with a set of our exclusive services and offers to improve their user experiences and enhance their level of happiness. The signing of this memorandum comes in line with our ongoing commitment to strengthening all aspects of cooperation with various institutions and government agencies, in a way that contributes to achieving our common goals aimed at improving the happiness and satisfaction of employees and various segments of the local community in Dubai and the UAE.
Furthermore, Abu Rahima added, “As per the agreement, Esaad cardholders will benefit from an exclusive 40% discount on selected Power packages from Du, which provide unlimited local data.”
