DUBAI, UAE: The Dubai Police and the Community Development Authority have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to enhance inmate rehabilitation, focusing on those struggling with addiction.
This collaborative effort aims to provide inmates with the support needed to overcome addiction and equip them with new skills and knowledge for a fresh start upon release.
It underscores their commitment to rehabilitation and reintegration into society.
